He has many years of experience working for national healthcare companies while managing facility operations in multiple states.

Mike Brandley, President of Rehabilitation Services
Mike is president of Senior Rehabilitation Solutions, a division of Senior Care Centers, and has worked in the physical therapy and rehabilitation field for more than 11 years. Mike graduated from Wichita State University with a bachelor's degree in health administration and a master's degree in physical therapy.

Mike's career as a physical therapist has lead him through outpatient and skilled nursing settings, where he has managed teams of therapists from clinics to multi state facilities.

Sunny Stout, Vice President of Clinical Operations
Sunny is a licensed Registered Nurse with more than 30 years experience training nurses and developing nursing programs for many long-term care facilities. Before joining SCC, Sunny had been clinical vice president for a number of long-term care organizations, overseeing facilities in 40 states. She has expertise in regulatory compliance, as well as in implementing specialized new nursing programs for dementia, HIV and ventilator units.

Judy Waffle, Corporate Compliance Officer
Judy has a bachelors degree in psychology from University of Texas, Arlington, and more than 30 years experience working as a nursing home inspector for the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services. She spent several years overseeing teams of inspectors who visited nursing homes and health care facilities. She also worked on statewide compliance reviews and was the program manager for the Life Safety Code Unit in Region 3.
